Hello, I’m Mia.

I am a young, energetic and reliable bilingual (English & Mandarin) Relief Manager with over eight years of experience in New Zealand’s accommodation industry.

Having worked across both motels and hotels, I understand the importance of providing excellent guest service while keeping daily operations running efficiently. I am practical, adaptable and always happy to step in wherever help is needed.

From reception and reservations to housekeeping support, laundry, breakfast service, room inspections and basic handyman tasks, I enjoy being hands-on and believe no job is too small. My goal is to give owners complete peace of mind by treating every property with care, professionalism and respect.
