Alongside my experience with running a business is my degree in business analysis which has enhanced my problem solving skills. I am a hands on operator, both experienced at reception, taking reservations, and managing a house keeping team. Having an IT specialist in my past life, I can comfortably and easily navigate my way with whatever PMS or booking system you’ve got.
