Organised professional manager/minder with 20 years experience in the accommodation industry, 7 of those as an owner/operator.

I am familiar with most of the common PMS and also Resly, Bella Vista and Choice Advantage, Comfort Inn.

I am a practical person and am able to do simple maintenance tasks and solve problems as they arise.

I have good communication skills and can easily relate to housekeeping staff.

I am prepared to travel anywhere in the South Island.

I can provide excellent references and I take pride in treating the businesses I look after in the same way I would if they were mine.
